Shipping Policy
We’re so excited to get your Sweet Jams on their way to you! Please review our shipping information below before placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. During launches, holidays, sales, or other high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates
We offer $5.95 flat-rate standard shipping on U.S. orders.
Orders of $100 or more ship FREE within the U.S. after discounts and before taxes.
Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is on the way.
Please note that estimated delivery dates provided by the carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at sales@shopsweetjams.com
We’ll do our best to update the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or been shipped.
Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs if an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control. Sweet Jams is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered that are lost or stolen.
However, if you experience an issue with your delivery, please reach out to us. We’ll be happy to help you determine the best next steps and assist with the carrier when possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.
